Ontario Downspout Service installed new 6-inch eavestroughs with oversized 3×4 downspouts to improve drainage performance and help move water safely away from the foundation.

The project also included a new shingle roof, flat roof replacement, skylight installation, premium water and ice barrier protection, sistered rafters for added roof support, and new soffits for improved ventilation and curb appeal. This was a complete roofing and drainage solution designed to protect the property through Toronto’s changing seasons.
