The Junction – Toronto
This Junction home required a complete exterior overhaul, starting from the roof structure up. Extensive carpentry work was completed before a vapour barrier and rigid insulation were installed, ensuring the roof system is properly protected against moisture and Toronto’s demanding climate.
The project included a flat roof section alongside a new shingle roof, with all-new soffits installed to finish the exterior cleanly. The drainage system was fully upgraded with new 6″ eavestroughs and 3×4 downspouts, sized to handle roof runoff efficiently and direct water well away from the home’s foundation.
